This organic matcha is grown without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and is carefully cultivated in the great nature. 
From among the many tea leaves available, we have carefully selected only the highest quality, fluffy tea leaves from the carefully cultivated "Okumidori" tea plantation.
These top quality tea leaves are carefully ground over time using a traditional stone mill to create a fragrant, mellow flavor.

Per serving: 1 tsp (1.5–2g) / 60–70ml water

1. Place matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
2. Add about 60–70ml of hot water at 70–80°C.
3. Whisk well with a bamboo whisk (chasen), milk frother, or spoon until it becomes frothy.
4. Once the matcha is smoothly dissolved, it is ready to enjoy.
