Per serving: approximately 3g

1. Fill a teacup to about 80% with hot water, then let it cool down to about 70°C.
2. Place about 3g of tea leaves into a teapot (kyusu).
3. Pour the cooled water into the teapot and steep for about 60 seconds.
4. Pour evenly into cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.
