Per serving: approximately 3g

1. Fill a teacup to about 80% with hot water, then let it cool down to around 95°C
2. Place about 3g of tea leaves into a teapot.
3. Pour the hot water into the teapot and steep for 2–3 minutes.
4. Pour evenly into cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.
