* Each piece is made by hand at the Shinko kiln in Mino. Because of this, the application of glaze, colour, depth, bleeding, glaze flow, and the fine crazing visible on the surface differ from piece to piece.
Iron specks, pinholes, uneven glaze, slight warping, and individual variation in size and colour may also occur through the making process.
These are not cracks, damage, or defects — please enjoy them as the character of handmade work.
