Per serving: 1 tsp (2g) / 130ml water at 90–100°C

1. Place hojicha powder into a cup.
2. Add about 130ml of hot water at 90–100°C.
3. Stir well with a spoon or milk frother until no lumps remain.
4. Once the roasted aroma spreads, it's ready to enjoy.
