Returns and Defective Products

Due to the nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted.

Returns or exchanges are possible only in cases of delivery errors by our store or initial product defects.

Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product via the inquiry form and attach photos clearly showing the issue.

If the delivered product differs from your order, exchanges are only possible if the package is unopened. Please be sure to check the product before opening it. After confirming the details of the issue and the appropriate response, we will provide instructions for the exchange. Please do not use or dispose of the product and keep it in your possession. Return shipping costs will be borne by our store.

Please note that exchanges or returns are limited to defective or incorrectly shipped items reported within 5 business days of delivery, not from the time of opening the product.

Defective products will be exchanged for the identical item. If it is difficult to arrange a replacement due to manufacturer discontinuation or other reasons, a refund will be issued for the applicable product amount. Any bank transfer fees will be borne by our store.

【Cases Where Cancellation Before Shipment Is Possible】

If your order includes factory-made-to-order items or pre-order items and we are unable to secure the product within two (2) months from the completion of your order, the order will be automatically canceled.
