1. Operation of Each Policy
By using this website (including browsing, registration, placing orders, etc.), users are deemed to have agreed to all of our policies.
Once an order is completed, agreement to the policies is formally established at that time.
The content and policies of this website are prepared in Japanese, and other language versions are provided for reference purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy in content or interpretation between the Japanese version and other language versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
2. Order Acceptance
- Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, payment providers may conduct system maintenance individually. Maintenance of the shop itself will be announced in the News section.
- Orders are closed at 10:00 AM (JST) on each business day, at which time processing begins. This cutoff date will be regarded as the official order date.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address or other details immediately after completing your order, changes may be possible only until the order cutoff time (10:00 AM JST on business days). Please contact us via the inquiry form or chat. Please note that changes involving price adjustments, such as changes to products or quantities, cannot be accepted.
- Once order processing has begun, no further changes can be made. Please ensure that you select your products accurately when placing your order. Please enter your customer information accurately when placing an order.
- Shipping labels and invoices are created based on the information provided. Incorrect information may result in delivery failure.
- If you wish to ship outside Japan, please enter your address in English in principle.
- Your email address is essential for sending order confirmation and shipping notification emails and for identifying your order when you contact us.
- After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us via the inquiry form.
We also recommend saving the order completion URL. - If you have a coupon code, please enter it on the checkout page and confirm that it has been applied before completing your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively after order completion. Each coupon code has specific terms and conditions, so please review them at the time of issuance.
3. Shipping Schedule
- Orders will be shipped within 5 business days starting from the day after the official order date.
Business days are based on the Japanese calendar. Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and our designated logistics holidays (including year-end and New Year holidays) are not considered business days. - Please note that shipping may take longer depending on logistics congestion and other circumstances.
If your order includes out-of-stock or pre-order items, additional time may be required before shipment. These items cannot be canceled after order completion. Please pay special attention to products marked as “Back-Order” or noted as having unstable stock availability on the product page. - However, as an exception, if an item has not been restocked for more than two (2) months after your order, or if production is discontinued while awaiting restock, cancellation of the applicable item will be possible.
4. Shipping Regions and Delivery Time
We ship to more than 120 countries and regions at all times. However, available shipping areas and shipping methods are subject to change depending on local conditions and logistics provider circumstances.
By entering your accurate shipping address at checkout, you can confirm whether your region is eligible for delivery. If your country or region does not appear as a selectable option, shipping is currently unavailable.

- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on logistics and customs conditions.
- For security reasons, we do not ship to military facilities (APO, FPO, DPO, etc.) in principle.
5. From Shipment to Delivery
- After shipment is completed, we will send an email including the tracking number. It may take several hours for tracking information to be updated, so please check again after some time.
- The tracking service is provided as a reference and is not guaranteed. In some regions, tracking services may not be available.
After the package arrives in the destination country or region, checking the local carrier’s tracking information may provide more accurate updates.

*The same tracking number provided at shipment can generally be used. - In some countries or regions, face-to-face delivery may be restricted, and the package may not be delivered unless the customer contacts the local delivery office. Please note that arrival notifications may not always be issued. If the storage period expires without contact from the recipient, the package may be returned to the sender.
- For shipping status after dispatch, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If a package is returned due to long-term absence, incorrect address, incorrect recipient name, refusal to accept delivery, etc., reshipping will require payment of an additional shipping fee. Returned packages will generally be discarded approximately one week after we receive them. If you wish to have the package reshipped, please contact us promptly. Please note that in the case of return shipments, cancellation or refunds are not possible for any reason.
- In some countries or regions, undeliverable packages may be discarded locally instead of being returned. In such cases, reshipment or refunds will not be possible.
6. Compensation
- If any issue arises regarding delivery or receipt, please contact the responsible post office or shipping carrier directly.
- If a product is damaged during shipping, you may apply for compensation through the carrier’s insurance system. We will provide the necessary documents and guidance; however, the application procedure must be completed by the customer. Compensation eligibility and amount will be determined based on the carrier’s investigation results.
*Damage or dirt to packaging that does not affect product usability is not covered by compensation. - The maximum compensation provided by EMS is approximately JPY 20,000. By paying an additional fee, it is possible to add insurance coverage for the full order amount. Please consult us before placing your order.
- If delivery is not completed due to customer circumstances, it will not be covered by compensation. Please refer to the Refund & Return Policy for details.
- Loss or theft after delivery completion, including mailbox delivery, is not covered. Please report the incident to your local police station.
7. If Delivery Is Not Completed
In the following cases, a full refund or reshipment will be provided.
- If, after placing your order but before shipment, delivery to the destination country or region becomes unavailable due to logistics circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- If, after shipment, customs in the destination country refuses clearance and the package is returned to Japan, you may request either a full refund or reshipment (in this case, reshipping costs will be borne by our store).
*However, if it is clearly indicated that customs clearance would remain difficult even after reshipment, only a refund will be available.
*Cases of customs clearance failure due to customer circumstances (such as refusal to pay customs duties) are excluded.
Delivery failures due to customer circumstances (e.g., incorrect address, recipient absence, refusal to accept delivery) are not eligible for refund or reshipment. Please refer to the “Refund & Return Policy” for details.
Once a package has cleared customs, neither our store nor the shipping carrier can conduct cross-border investigations or interventions. For delivery and receipt after customs clearance, customers must contact and coordinate directly with the local carrier.
8. Product Prices and Taxes
- All orders on this Site are settled in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Prices displayed in other currencies on the website are for reference only. Please confirm the actual exchange rate with your credit card provider. - Product prices may vary depending on the destination country or region. The price displayed on product and cart pages is estimated based on your device’s internet environment to determine the destination country; however, it may not be accurately determined depending on browser or network conditions.
*Accurate determination may not be possible depending on internet, browser, or device security settings. - The final payment amount, including shipping fees and currency conversion fees, can be confirmed accurately by entering your shipping address at checkout.
- For destinations outside Japan, orders are often treated as tax-exempt in many countries. Therefore, we do not collect customs duties or VAT at the time of order.
- All orders are shipped from Japan and are considered personal imports by the customer.
- In many countries, quantities within the scope of personal use are exempt from customs duties; however, customs authorities may impose duties or handling fees at their discretion.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
(This includes VAT, sales tax, customs duties, customs clearance fees (ICOD), customs inspection fees, etc., regardless of the specific name.)
For details, please contact your local customs office. - If payment of these fees is refused, the order may be discarded or returned to Japan at the discretion of customs authorities. If discarded, it will not be eligible for any compensation.
If returned to Japan, refunds will not be issued. Reshipment will only be possible upon payment of a new shipping fee.
