1. Operation of Each Policy

By using this website (including browsing, registration, placing orders, etc.), users are deemed to have agreed to all of our policies.
Once an order is completed, agreement to the policies is formally established at that time.

The content and policies of this website are prepared in Japanese, and other language versions are provided for reference purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy in content or interpretation between the Japanese version and other language versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

 

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.
    Exchanges are only possible in cases of incorrect delivery by our store or initial product defects.
  • For orders placed by minors, it is deemed that consent from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained at the time the order is completed. Minors must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before placing an order.
  • As this Site operates as a mail-order service, the cooling-off system does not apply. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Examples Where Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations Are Not Accepted

  • Mistakes in product or quantity selection, ordering errors, duplicate orders, or other customer operational errors.
  • Differences in product image (Images shown are for illustrative purposes only.)
  • Damage or stains to packaging that do not affect product use.
  • Failure of delivery due to customer circumstances (refusal to accept delivery, expiration of storage period due to long-term absence, incorrect address or name entry, refusal to pay customs duties, etc.). Loss after delivery completion, including unattended delivery, mailbox delivery, or receipt by a building manager or proxy recipient (Please contact us via the inquiry form with the information necessary for investigation).
  • Returns or exchanges requested due to a short remaining shelf life.
  • Cases where an initial defect is reported but the defective product cannot be physically confirmed.

■ Special Cases

  • If you notice an error in the shipping address immediately after completing your order, changes may be possible until the order deadline (10:00 AM JST on business days).
    Please contact us via the inquiry form or chat.
    *However, changes that involve a price adjustment, such as quantity changes, are not permitted.
  • If delivery cannot be completed locally due to long-term absence or incorrect shipping information and the order is returned to our store, it will be stored for approximately 7 days and then discarded. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
    If you wish to have the order reshipped before disposal, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

■ Examples Where Refunds or Exchanges Are Possible

  1. If the delivered product differs from the order details.
  2. If the delivered product has an initial defect.
  3. If the product has already expired at the time of delivery.
  4. If customs clearance is refused as a result of a customs inspection.
    *Excluding cases where refusal is due to non-payment of customs duties.
  • In the above cases, please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 business days of receiving the product and attach photos clearly showing the issue.
  • Products that differ from the order may be exchanged only if unopened. Please be sure to check the color and prescription before opening.
  • After confirming the details, we will inform you of the exchange procedure. Please do not use or dispose of the product and keep it in your possession. Return shipping costs will be borne by our store.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 5 business days after receiving the product.
  • As a general rule, defective products will be exchanged for the identical item. If it is difficult to arrange a replacement due to manufacturer discontinuation or other reasons, a refund will be issued for the applicable product amount. Bank transfer fees will be borne by our store.
  • If the refund period set by the payment provider has expired, the refund may be issued in the form of store credit.

3. Damage During Shipping

  • Damage or loss during shipping may be eligible for compensation claims through the shipping carrier. We will provide the necessary documents; however, the customer must complete the procedure directly. Compensation eligibility is subject to the results of the carrier’s investigation.
    *Theft or loss after delivery completion is not covered. Please report the incident to your local police station.
  • There is a maximum compensation limit under the standard coverage provided by the shipping carrier.

    *Yu-Packet shipping is not eligible for compensation.

4. Examples Where Cancellation Is Possible

  1. If, after the order is placed, it becomes clear that delivery is impossible due to logistics circumstances (delays are not included).
  2. If an out-of-stock item is not restocked for more than 60 days, or if production is discontinued while awaiting restock.

In the above cases, we will contact you as soon as the situation is confirmed, and cancellation will be possible without conditions.
